Searching and Browsing our Website:

Ordering is easy at Ashe Equestrian, TheEquestrianstore.com. To find the product you are searching for, you can go to the top navigation bar and search through the categories or you can use our search facility on our home page. When you have found the product you require, you can research it more by clicking the MORE DETAILS button. If you want a closer look at the product click on the thumbnail to the left hand side and an enlarged image will appear.

If you want a friend to help you with your decision or you think it might be of interest to him/her, simply click the SEND TO FRIEND button. This will automatically send a copy of our web page to your friends e-mail address.

Making a purchase:

You like the product and you want to purchase it. Well purchasing could not be simpler.

1. Choose the size and colour from the drop down boxes.

2. Then choose the quantity you want to purchase.

3. Simply click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET. You are then directed to your shopping basket. (Here you can view, update the quantity or delete your choice if you so wish.)

4. If you are finished shopping for today, you can click on the CHECKOUT button and proceed to finalising your transaction. If you are not finished shopping you can click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

Remember: If you want two of the same product, but they are a different size or a different colour from one another, just simply choose and buy your first choice, then click add to basket and in checkout click on CONTINUE SHOPPING and then choose your second choice.

Finalising your transaction:

If you have not logged in, proceed to log in by clicking the ?LOG IN? button.

2. At Checkout choose your payment, there are four options, Credit card, Phone ordering, fax ordering and bank transfer.

1. Credit card: When you select credit card you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can confirm your address and delivery address (if different). This can be changed by clicking MODIFY. You can also change your payment method at this point as well. Click on SUBMIT to confirm your order. You will then proceed to the worldpay payment server. This is a third party web server and is totally secure for taking credit card payments.

a. Choose the currency you would like to pay in. There are three choices, Sterling, Euro and US Dollars.

b. Then choose the card you are going to pay with by click on the relevant logo.

c. You are then directed to the next page where you enter your credit card details such as the 16 digit number, the expiry date and the security code. The security code is situated at the back of your card just above where you're put your signature. The last three digits is your security code. You are also asked to enter your address, telephone number (Not a mobile) and your e-mail address.

d. Click MAKE PAYMENT. You credit card will be processed for the transaction amount.

2. Phone Ordering: When you select phone ordering you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can confirm your address and delivery address (if different). This can be changed by clicking MODIFY. You can also change your payment method at this point as well. Click on ?SUBMIT? to confirm your order. When you select phone ordering, we will phone you for your payment method. If you want to specify a time please do so in Customer Notes.

3. Fax Ordering: When you select fax ordering you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can confirm your address and delivery address (if different). This can be changed by clicking MODIFY. You can also change your payment method at this point as well. Go to file, and click print and select the printer you want to print the order on. Click print and then put your credit card details on the fax and fax it through to our fax number + 353 (0) 44 9349533 (open 24 hours a day).Click on SUBMIT to confirm your order.

4. Bank Transfer: When you select bank transfer you will be directed to a confirmation page where you can confirm your address and delivery address (if different). This can be changed by clicking MODIFY. You can also change your payment method at this point as well. Click on SUBMIT to confirm your order. Please put your order number as a reference for payment to the following bank accounts:

Next Day Delivery:

Orders for Next Day Delivery will have to be received by 11.00am GMT to qualify for Next Day Delivery.

Free Delivery

We do from time to time run special promotions on the cost of delivery. This may be free or a nominal fee. We reserve the right to change these without notice. When goods are ordered under the terms of free delivery the customer will be liable for the cost of delivery if the goods are returned under our 10 day money back guarantee. This will not be the case where the goods are returned and found to be faulty .

Dispatch and Delivery:

Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by credit card. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed by six working days.

Most orders are despatched in 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 14 days for delivery . You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location.

Export/Overseas Orders:

Orders to the United Kingdom and countries within the European Union will pay VAT (Sales Tax) at 21%, unless there is a valid VAT Number provided.

Orders to countries outside the European Union will automatically have the VAT deducted at the checkout or for registered customers; the VAT will automatically be deducted whenever you log in.

21 Day Money Back Guarantee:

We offer a 21 Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products purchased from Ashe Equestrian, TheEquestrianStore.com. When buying over the net it can be difficult to know exactly how a product looks and feels. We cover this, so you can do exactly that. If you do not like the goods we will give a full no quibble refund. The full cost of the goods will be refunded less the delivery charge. The credit will be added to your credit card. We can also exchange for another product, leave your balance on account. The refund will be made within 15 days of us receiving the goods. The 21 days will begin from the day you receive the goods. Goods returned after this period will incur a 10% restocking charge. Goods to be returned must be returned using our Goods Returns Procedure. They must be returned unused and in their original packaging. If either of these stipulations is not met we reserve the right to refuse credit or incur a 10% repacking/used charge.

We guarantee products for 12 months from date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and in a manner that it is considered to be for the purpose for which it was designed,

Faulty Goods Return Policy

If goods delivered to you are faulty we will be happy to replace them or refund the cost. In order for us to deal with your return efficiently, please refer the Goods return Procedure for details on how to return your goods. Goods must not be returned without first filling in the Goods Return Form. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.

When the goods are received by Ashe Equestrian, TheEquestrianStore.com the problem will be investigated and a solution resolved. We endeavor to resolve the problem within 3 working days from receipt of the faulty goods. On occasions the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer in order to determine the problem. In this case it may take up to 30 days for a conclusion to be reached. If the goods are found to be faulty we will give a full refund including the cost of postage.

Goods Returns Procedure

  1. Email info@theEquestrianStore.com citing your order number and reason for returning the goods to Ashe Equestrian.
  2. We will then email you a Goods return number (Do not return goods until you receive this number)
  3. This number must then be placed on the original packing list and also on the outside of the parcel above the address label.

Goods being returned to Ashe Equestrian, TheEquestrianStore.com are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of despatch.

Good being returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health and safety Act.

Complaints:

We like to deal with complaints as quickly as possible and resolve the complaint. To begin with please email your complaint to complaints@theequestrianstore.com our customer service department will reply to you with in 12 working hours.

We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our web site; however, this is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
